Most Appraisers will complete the necessary report within 2-3 days from seeing the property.  I am typically available within 1-2 days to see the house.  Rush Services available on a case by case basis.

I am primarily a Residential Appraiser and if it’s Residential in Maryland, I can Appraise it and have Appraised in your neighborhood.  I also complete Multi-family Residential and Basic Comerical such as Gas Stations, Single Retail units and/or Doctor Offices.   There is no residence to big, small or complex, I can Appraise it with credibility.

It is quite common in estate and probate transactions that a property needs to be appraised as of a date in the past, a retrospective Appraisal.  I have a vast level of experience with retrospective analysis and can provide that needed service.  I can typically go back as far as 2003; however, I have completed as far back as 1991.

Appraisals fee vary depending on the complexity of the property, as well as the complexity of the data associated with the local market.  If there are no two homes alike, the local market is more complex.  If the house is 700 square feet, the house is simple.  The other variable is the needs of the user as each case can present different needs for the customer.  Fees range from $295 – $2250.  Go to our contact page and fill in the information and we will provide you an exact quote!
